This website shows NFC and QR touchpoints and takes enquiries. Action Surface is an independent business operated by Peter Sean Schliff, a sole trader (ABN 43 995 518 595, registered business name R.A. Apparel). What the showroom shows
The 3D objects, materials, phone sequences and photographs on this site are rendered design studies and concept images, labelled as such. They show what a touchpoint can be, not a stocked product or a final manufacturing specification. The tap and scan demonstrations are illustrations; your browser does not read or write NFC on this site. Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It is not an order, and no payment is taken on this site.
Touchpoint projects
Proposals, prices and payment
- Each project starts with a written proposal confirming the object, material, finish, printing, NFC, QR content, destination, quantity, price and timing.
- Prices are in Australian dollars. The operator is not registered for GST, and no GST is charged.
- Full payment is required before work starts.
- Physical samples are offered by agreement, decided for each client and project.
Proof approval
Before production you approve a proof showing the artwork, printed details, the QR code and the destination address. Production starts only after your written approval.
NFC and QR
We test tags with NFC-capable phones before supply. NFC reading still depends on the phone model, its settings, its case and how the object is mounted, so we cannot promise that every phone will read every tag. Where agreed, a printed QR code and readable web address give another way in. Metal and other special materials are supplied only with an NFC solution confirmed in your proposal.
The destination page
If your touchpoint opens an address you control, you can change what it opens at any time. Hosting is agreed for each client and project: on our platforms, on your own independent hosting, or with our help setting up new hosting. Any hosting period and cost is agreed in writing before production.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Production and delivery times depend on the order’s size and complexity; we work them out with you and confirm them in your proposal. No delivery date applies until then.
Cancellation
- Cancel within 48 hours of our receiving your payment: we refund 100% of the amount paid.
- Cancel after 48 hours but within 7 days of our receiving your payment: we refund 50% of the amount paid.
To cancel, email info@aurenholdstudios.com. These cancellation refunds do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faults
If an item arrives with a factory fault, tell us within 7 days of receiving it, with evidence such as photos, and we will refund or replace it. This is our own arrangement for resolving faults quickly. It is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which do not depend on reporting within 7 days.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Your artwork and content
You confirm that the logos, artwork and content you supply are yours to use, and you indemnify the operator against claims arising from them. You own the artwork and destination content you supply; we keep our templates, 3D studies and methods.

Content on this site is provided in good faith and kept current. It is general information, not advice for a particular business, and not a binding proposal. The Action Surface name, logo, written content, renders and original visual materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and may not be reproduced without permission.

This site may show or link to example pages run by other Schliff Group brands. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to them.
Australian Consumer Law and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Please raise any concern first by email to info@aurenholdstudios.com, and we will try to resolve it in good faith.
